The Starz Sensory House at SXSW 2018

I had a wonderful experience at The Starz Sensory House celebrating the upcoming series SWEETBITTER, set to premiere May 6, 2018. 

The goal of the sensory house is to showcase a bit of sight, smell, taste, touch and sound through local female creatives. I experienced a bit of everything and it was awesome! I started off with a few drinks, headed over to the candy bar for some mix and matching candies, got a screen printed shirt on site, got my nails did, and listened to live music. I'm super excited for the series and can't wait to read the book before the series premiere! 

If you haven't heard of SWEETBITTER, it's a series that follows a young 22-year-old girl who moves to NYC in search of a new life. She lands herself at one of NYC's most notable restaurants and is introduced to a new lifestyle of the rich and gritty, involving drugs, alcohol, love, lust and more.
